The Hyper Rare Blueprint is the rarest blueprint in the game. When opened, it yields a random Hyper Rare quality Turret, Module, or Bridge. A hyper rare blueprint is guaranteed as the bonus blueprint for reaching level 30 and is not naturally achievable before that.
