Seoul Outcasts are the weakest of all allies, and appear only on the mission "Seoul." They have very low HP, no armor, are very slow, and deal very little damage. These are likely placed throughout the mission for cosmetic effect, due to them being as fragile as they are, and that it isn't necessary to save any of them. They have the appearance of the Rogue hull (but slightly compressed), and their weapons have the appearance of the Twin Repel. Their colors will match the colors of the ship you are using on the mission.
